Hospitality marketing, built from the inside.

MarketinCrew is a hospitality-first marketing agency and content studio founded by Manan Mehta and Sahil Sheth. Before starting MarketinCrew, both founders were on the other side of the table, running restaurants themselves. That experience shaped the way we approach hospitality marketing today.

For us, hospitality marketing is not just about creating good-looking content. It is about understanding the feeling of a place, the guest journey and the people behind the brand, then telling that story in a way that feels honest, aspirational and commercially relevant.

Brand Overview

A pizza with a story
written in coordinates.

14°41° Pizzeria is built on a strong, ownable story. The name comes from the coordinates of Naples, Italy, the birthplace of wood-fired pizza. That gives the brand a real Italian connection and makes it more than just another pizza place. The brand already has a strong product story, it is not only about pizza being tasty, it is about the ingredients, the process and the craft behind every pizza.

1441 should not only sell pizza. It should make people feel the craft, the fire and the craving behind every slice.

Current Page Understanding

What exists is strong.
What it needs is sharper storytelling.

The current 1441 page already has a good base. The brand is recognisable and the product category is clear, it communicates pizza, toppings, cheese, dine-in, delivery and takeaway. Pizza is naturally visual, so cheese pulls, toppings, sauces and oven shots work easily on social. But the opportunity now is to move the page from food posting to food storytelling. It should not only show what is available, it should show why the pizza tastes different, how it is made and what makes 1441 more special than regular pizza brands.

Reference Direction

Premium food visuals, with a cooler social-first edge.

Not too loud like a fast-food burger brand and not too plain like a traditional Italian restaurant. The sweet spot is warm, premium, craving-led, slightly rustic, ingredient-first and social-friendly. Where louder references are bright and playful, 1441 should be warm, crafted and indulgent.

"Not just made. Made the 1441 way."

From Naples To Your Table

"The coordinates started in Naples. The craving landed here."

Summary

The Naples story is one of 1441's strongest assets. The brand name itself has meaning, so it should be used more strongly. This campaign brings the origin story to life in a way that feels simple, visual and easy to understand, not a history lesson, a cool food story.

Campaign 03 · New category campaign

Not Just Pizza

"The dough did not stop at pizza."

Summary

1441 has launched an Italian sandwich category with focaccia sandwiches and multigrain panini using signature imported flour. This deserves a proper campaign, positioning the new category as an extension of the 1441 craft, not just a side menu item.
